With Christmas around the corner, the giving is amounst most of you. Most of the technological people on your list are probably going to be the hardest to buy for. Hopefully, this post can help you with some of the more difficult buys this holiday season.
So there’s a gamer on your list and they have every console on Earth. They have almost every new game as it comes out so it’s always so hard to buy for a gift that they don’t already have. Well if the have a PC (they most likely do), Steam is a game distribution software from Valve that has a massive collection of mainstream and community developed games. They have the option to gift games to anyone anywhere. So even if you don’t live near your gamer, they’re gift is just a download away! My personal recommendations are Counter Strike: Source, Killing Floor, and Plants vs. Zombies.
Music fans are worse than gamers when it comes to taste. Eveyone has so many different tastes. Well I don’t have to tell you how to pick this one. iTunes and Amazon both have a gift option for music. Select the tracks or the albums, purchase them, and enter your friends email so your friend can download them. iTunes also has the option to gift movies and TV shows as well. Still not good enough? Purchase a gift code or card from a local store and send it to your music fan on your list.
Now don’t forget about your Internet friends this holiday season! Most of the people who blog or make free stuff online always have a donate link somewhere on there site. This holiday, why not donate a dollar or two to someone you’ve never met but admire there work. If you’re feeling really generious, most of them also have wishlists on Amazon or would enjoy a gift code from iTunes! This isn’t only heartwarming to give it’s also heartwarming to recieve!
